What does that mean for you? Your home’s warranty is backed by Liberty Mutual, one of the largest insurance companies in the United States. Here’s how each of our home’s warranty’s will protect you:

First Year: The builder warrants the home against specified defects and materials that may arise. Further, should any major structural defects become present during this time, your builder will handle these warranty requests as defined in the warranty.

Second Year: The builder warrants the home against specified defects in the wiring, piping and ductwork. Further, should any major structural defects become present during this time, your builder will handle these warranty requests as defined in the warranty.

Third Through Tenth Years: Should any major structural defect (as defined in the warranty) occur during this period, Quality Builders Warranty Corporation, through the insurer, will repair or replace the defect - or pay the reasonable cost of the repair or replacement. Even more, throughout the 10 -year period, the warranty is automatically transferable to subsequent buyers.
