BUILDER'S STORY

The Knight Group has been “Presenting Home” since 1978. Brothers Perry and Scott Knight began framing houses in the late 1970’s for Northside builders and built their first new home shortly thereafter. In 1984 the Knights developed their first neighborhood in Clayton County, about twenty minutes South of the Airport. Over twenty-five neighborhoods and 3500 homes later The Knight Group is still presenting some of the most affordable and desirable neighborhoods in Metro Atlanta.

Currently The Knight Group owns companies that act as Land Purchaser, Land Developer, Home Builder, Real Estate Representative, and Community Association Manager—creating a seamless buyer-focused process from concept to completion.

The building industry has recognized The Knight Group’s integrity and accomplishments by presenting the company with multiple Professionalism Awards since 1992, the Metro South Builder of the Year award in 2002, and the Quality Builders Warranty “Builder of Integrity” recognition in 2004. “Quality Builders Warranty Corporation presented the ‘Builder of Integrity’ award to a select group of homebuilders across the country.
